Our 8 oz candles are hand-poured in Grey Highlands with sustainably sourced soy wax and fine, phthalate-free fragrances.

  • our candles are packaged with biodegradable packaging peanuts, post-consumer recycled paper and recyclable packaging.

8 oz candle burn time: 40-50 hours
16 oz candle burn time: 80-90 hours

As a company that's run by firefighters and employs family members of first responders, we're extra passionate about fire and candle safety. Follow these tips to get the safest, cleanest and longest-lasting burn from your candles.

  • The first burn is the most important. When lighting your candle for the first time, make sure you wait until the wax has melted evenly across the candle. By ensuring the whole surface has melted before you extinguish your candle, you'll avoid tunnelling and help your candle last longer.

  • Before re-lighting your candle, make sure you trim it to a 1/4 inch to ensure the smoothest possible burn and to ensure the flame doesn’t get too high.

  • When there’s 1/2 inch of wax left at the end of your jar, it’s time to restock! to get the very most use of those last bits of wax, you can pop your candle in the freezer, chip out the remaining wax with a spoon, and melt it in a wax melter.

  • Don’t leave your candles unattended or light them before falling asleep. a watched fire is a safe fire.

  • Make sure your candle is out of reach of kids, pets, and your friend who becomes a bit of a pyromaniac after a few drinks.

It's a Christmas gift

Oh yeah, The Hermit!! I don't know because it's 1 of the Candles that I got as a Christmas gift for my Family !!!

No candles to review😠

The issue with this review is that I left off the order form my unit number. This was brought to my attention when I saw the shipping label, I noticed it was missing the unit number. I tried to get a hold of someone at The company however I was only ever presented with a AI bot. Although I had previously sent an email inquiring into when my package would be delivered as it was going on over a week. I did not send a follow up email.
Company uses a courier by the name ICS. I notified the companies that my shipping label was not properly labeled and attempted to have that rectified before the shipment went out. The follow up to this is that I didn’t get the address correct in the following day after the incomplete address so therefore no delivery. That was on December 13. I am still attempting to obtain my candles from this company. There appears to be a lot of confusion as to where the package is. Some think it’s with the driver, others think it may be in the warehouse, there is no solution nor an answer. I feel that my package may have been stolen from somebody at this Company otherwise they would be able to indicate where the package was. It appears they don’t know where it is. So this is why I have no review to give it is now December 23 and I’m still without a package nor am I with any answers from this courier company.

Best Smelling Candles Ever

I have purchased The Hermit and I Walk the Line and I cannot decide which I like better. They are heavenly and make my entire house smell wonderful. For such a small candle, they sure put out the good scents! I feel like they're a bit on the expensive side, but totally worth it. If the company had a "candle club" where you get points for every item you purchase that would be nice. I would be at the top of the list! I purchase for myself and for gifts. I hope they never change the "recipe" for these candles as they are perfection now.
