Shipping to the USA - UPDATED FEB 2, 2026

A note to our U.S. customers

As you know, shipping across the border has come with ongoing challenges. Recently, we reactivated U.S. shipping in hopes of reconnecting with you, but rising tariffs, duties, and carrier costs have made this path unsustainable for us right now.

Because we value transparency and care, we’ve made the difficult decision to pause U.S. shipping while we work toward a more sustainable solution.

What this means for U.S. orders:

  • Orders placed before February 3rd will still ship as promised.

  • Orders placed on or after February 3rd will be held securely until we’re able to move forward with a more favourable shipping option.

If you placed your order before February 3rd, no action is needed, your candles will ship as usual. Orders placed on or after February 3rd will remain safely with us, and we’ll keep you updated as soon as we have news to share.

We know this is disappointing, and we’re deeply grateful for your patience and understanding. Our hope is to return to shipping south of the border soon, with a solution that honours both your support and the spirit of Shy Wolf.

For current U.S. subscribers

If you’re part of our monthly candle box, here’s how this update affects your subscription:

Beginning March 1, 2026, U.S. subscription boxes will shift from monthly to quarterly shipping.
This change allows us to continue sharing our candles with care and intention in a way that’s more sustainable.

  • Orders placed before February 3rd, 2026 will ship as usual.

  • Orders placed on or after February 3rd, 2026 will be included in your next quarterly box.

For those who miss the monthly rhythm, we’ll also be offering a monthly email letter filled with ritual suggestions, reflections, and gentle practices—so the spirit of Shy Wolf can still accompany you between boxes.

Shipping Within Canada

We offer FREE expedited shipping for all Canadian orders over $120. For orders under $120, a flat-rate fee of $15 will apply. You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 24 hours to update once scanned in by the post office. All orders ship from Grey Highlands, Ontario.

 

Shipping outside of the USA and Canada

Unfortunately, at this time we're unable to ship outside of Canada and the USA.


Exchanges & Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your order, send us an email at hello@shywolfcandles.com. We can accept returns and exchanges on new, unlit candles. Refunds will cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees. As a growing small business, we aren’t currently able to cover return or exchange shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding.
